Digital Products: Digital products will become available to be downloaded upon payment confirmation.

Physical Products: MAELI Designs ships domestically and internationally. International shipping is offered ONLY through Etsy at this time. Handling may take up to 14 business days. If you need the item sooner, please reach out to maeli.designsmm@gmail.com prior to purchase.
RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY
Digital Products: Due to the nature of digital products, returns are not eligible for returns or exchanges. If you have any issues with your digital products, we are more than happy to assist you in any way we can! Please consider reaching out to us at maeli.designsmm@gmail.com

Physical Items: Physical items can be returned or exchanged within 30 days of receiving the product. MAELI Designs is not responsible for lost or damaged items once they leave our custody; however, we will do our best to try and make it right. The customer is responsible for payment of return and exchange shipping. The return shipping label will be provided to you by MAELI Designs. Please note that Imperfect Wheels cannot be returned, refunded, or exchanged. The below paragraphs only apply to standard-quality wheels.

Warranty - 3D Printed Physical Items: 3D printed physical items have a 30-day warranty starting at the time of delivery. The warranty will cover any parts that are preventing the wheel from performing as intended. Proof of damage will be required for replacement. The warranty will be void if modifications are made to the product, the product was not being used for its intended purpose, the product was dropped or parts were being handled incorrectly. MAELI Designs is not responsible for consequential damages.

Refunds - 3D Printed Physical Items: Refunds will be processed once the items have been returned to MAELI Designs and inspected for damages. Items must be returned in their original packaging. Incorrect packaging where the product is not secured will not ensure the product's safe return. In the event an item is damaged due to improper packaging, a full refund will not be granted.
